| BR-1: |
A corrosion and wear resistant coating is desirable in Petro-Chemical plants and processing industries where acidic and alkaline solutions combine with the mechanical actions of pumps, plungers, shafts, valves and other non-stationery components that causes downtime and costly replacements. BR–1 was designed to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. |
| |
|
| BR-2: |
Corrosion resistance in acidic and alkaline environments is greatly reduced by the application of BR-2. This inert ceramic material is ground to a high finish and contributes to an extension in service life of components subjected to corrosive stress. |

|
| BR-3: |
Continuous Galvanising. Molten Zinc. Non-Wetting Carbide, continuous immersion in molten zinc requires protection to prevent alloy growth on pot roll surfaces to ensure quality finish for the automotive industry. BR-3 is also suitable for the aluminium extrusion industry to prevent metal growth to Bud Shear Blades. |
| |
|
| BR-4: |
Non Wetting Ceramic. BR-4 was developed for coating internals of molten Aluminium syphoning systems to protect from metal growth, freezing and blockage from transferring molten Aluminium from Pot to Crucible. The Brencoat® Syphoning system using BR-4 non wetting ceramic is the first reusable system, and extends Syphon life by up 7 times, when compared to the current system used in smelters today. Other components using BR-4 are Casting wheels, Furness dams, Graphite shafts, Crucible lids, and Dross conveyers just to name a few. Temperature range of up to 1000°C. Other applications for BR-4 include the Molten Aluminium and Zinc casting industries. BR-4 will extend the life of Components used in Gravity Casting, High pressure Die casting, Low Pressure Die Casting, Vacuum Die casting and Squeeze or Squeeze Forming. Examples are Ladle’s and Sprue Bushings. |

|
| BR-5: |
Non wetting Ceramic developed for Nickel refining. This coating is suitable for the pressure acid leach (PAL) and pressure oxidation systems as are used in Nickel and Gold refining. BR-5 prevents Nickel build up on the surface of components extending component life. |
| |
|
| BR-6: |
Non Conductive ceramic developed for use in the Copper smelting industry and for anode manufacture in Aluminium smelting. Brenco have applied BR-6 to copper moulds extending mould life to 3 times current. This coating is effective to 1600 degrees C. |
| |
|
| BR-7: |
High temperature Non wetting Ceramics. Similar to BR-4, BR-7 will withstand greater temperatures and has greater expansion and contraction properties. Temperature range of up to 1600°C. This coating is suitable for stainless substrate. |
| |
|
| BR-8: |
BR-8 developed for the metal extrusion industry to reduce metal build up on components such as furnace rolls, Die rings, extrusion dies, cone shear blades and dummy blocks. |
